What this means for you is that extra care and attention are required to ensure you don’t increase your rate and severity of exposure anymore than necessary. This video, as released by Health Canada, outlines 7 safe practices everyone should be aware of and follow to help reduce the rate of infection.

10 Things You Can Do To Manage COVID-19 At Home
If you have taken a self-assessment, or have been medically diagnosed as having COVID-19 but are not presenting serious symptoms, there are measures you can take to ease your discomfort at home while not creating additional risk to yourself or others. In this video, the Center for Disease Control discusses 10 things you can do to manage the disease while in self-isolation.
